- Drama Scene uses original Process Drama programs responding to the interests and skill levels of Players developing core creative, practical, and performing arts skills and scaffolding acting, drama and performance techniques.
Our rolling curriculum means Players may join during any program. - Students attending after school sessions may bring a small snack and drink that are quick to consume for afternoon tea. (Drama Scene supports Safe Child guidelines for children not sharing their food.)

Drama Scene runs at OLQP Gladesville
N.B. We bank extra minutes each session to provide for changes in our schedule when the school calendar announces a Pupil Free Friday for a Staff Spirituality Day, a sporting event or excursion/incursion involving many Drama Scene students.
Drama Scene sessions extend past the end of lunch time as students are not required to participate in playground lineup.
Drama Scene Staff meet students near the K,1 classroom stairs for Drama roll call. We play in the Kindergarten and Year 1 classrooms. Students bring their lunches to Drama Scene. Rest assured, Drama Scene lessons are planned to encourage munching so students can eat all of their food during roll call, games and performance time.
Spots are limited – places are allocated in
the order Enrolments within payment terms
are received by Drama Scene.

Our schedule allows for changes when the school calendar incorporates a Pupil Free Friday for a Staff Spirituality Day.
E.G. When a St Charles Pupil Free Friday is announced we can postpone a week / extend the remaining session lengths.
3.05pm when school day ends:
*Drama Scene Staff meet students outside the library for Drama Scene roll call.
*Kindergarten students are escorted from their classrooms.
*Please pack a ‘Drama Snack’ so your child can join everyone else in having something small and quick to eat for their own afternoon tea. (Time is allocated for a drink and toilet visit too).
*Students enrolled in Gowrie are checked in to Drama Scene by Gowrie Staff.
*Drama Scene plays in the School Library.
4.45pm Dismissal is from the POTTS ST Carpark gate:
* To an adult listed on Enrolment.
* To Gowrie.
* Depart unaccompanied (only when permission is given on Enrolment).
